Mission Hills is a joint venture between Carrus Group, the Gillespie family, Higgins Family Holdings and Hawke's Bay's own Wallace Development Company. Stage 1A is sold out, Stages 1B and 1C are currently titled and selling, and a larger-lot Stage 1E is due for release in early 2026. Draft design covenants are available from the developer for each stage — we review them with you for your specific lot before finalising a design, since the elevated site and view lines mean orientation matters more here than on a flat subdivision lot.
